Return Policy


 
To start a return, you can contact us at canariesinnerbeauty@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that our jewelry is custom made and due to this it less than likely that you can exchange, or get store credit for a duplicate of the item that you've bought.

Exchanges

Thanks for purchasing our products at Canaries Inner Beauty operated by Latisha Harris. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days (Extended to 90 days due to COVID)  of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days (Extended to 90 days due to COVIDhave passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.   If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team at canariesinnerbeauty@gmail.com.

Shipping

Delays

Due to COVID there are shipping delays in which we ask that you wait 2-3 weeks before contacting the company concerning your order.

Lost Package

Canaries Inner Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Incorrect Address
Unfortunately, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund or store credit will not be given.

Damaged Items

In the event that your items arrives damaged please email us with a picture of the item within 24 hours of receiving your package. If it is then determined damaged you will be offered a refund or offered store credit.

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
